To manage the IT Applications and Project Management Division at NamRA.
Qualification
- Min QualificationA relevant recognized Bachelor’s Degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or related discipline required (NQF 7).
Experience
- Min ExperienceTen (10) years ICT experience of which Five (5) years should be relevant managerial experience. Five (5) years Software Development and / or Programming Design and Systems Management experience. Three (3) years Project Management experience.
Skills
- Project Management Skills.
- Leadership Skills.
- Conflict Management and Problem Solving Skills.
- Strong Knowledge of System and Software Methodologies.
- Knowledge of Database Design Techniques.
- Technically Fluent in Programming and Software Development (e.g., PL/SQL, Java, JavaScript, and SQL).
- Ability to Manage Revenue Administration Systems (e.g.,Tax, Customs, CRM, ERP systems, etc.).
- Ability to Manage and Implement Software Solutions and Applications.
- Database and Operating Systems Experience (e.g., Microsoft SQL Server, Oracle, etc.).
