To promote positive employee relations and facilitate an organisational culture of high performance and discipline. The role is further accountable for the provision of high quality and comprehensive employee relations advice and services to all relevant stakeholders for organisational success.
Qualification
- Minimum QualificationsA Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management / Law (specializing in Labour Law) – NQF Level 7.
Experience
- Minimum ExperienceA minimum of five (5) years’ relevant expert experience in employee/ industrial relations, the role of which two (2) years should be on a supervisory level.
Skills
- Thorough understanding and application of the Namibian Labour Act and related employment Acts.
- Knowledge of the dispute resolution mechanism as per the Labour Act.
- Excellent administration skills.
- Requires strong analytical ability and strong oral and written communication skills.
- Problem solving and decision-making skills.
