To align, direct and lead the Finance-, Human Resources-, Procurement- as well as Properties and Assets functions to achieve the strategic- and operational objectives of the NQA.
Qualification
- Minimum QualificationA Bachelor Honours Degree / Professional Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance at NQF Level 8.
Completed Audit Articles will be an added advantage.
Experience
- Minimum ExperienceSix (6) years’ experience in the fields of Financial Management and Business Administration of which 2 years should be on executive managerial level.
Skills
- Knowledge of relevant legislation and regulations (including finance, governance, procurement legislation and labour legislation).
- Knowledge of relevant standards and practices (including accounting practices, statutory financial reporting including IFRS reporting).
- Knowledge of human resources models and practices.
- Knowledge of relevant financial, procurement, human resources and business management software solutions / systems.
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to synergise a variety of disciplines.
