Responsible for supporting the call centre by operating the switchboard and connecting callers to the appropriate routes.
Qualification
  • Minimum QualificationsA Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or any relevant qualification (NQF Level 7).
Experience
  • Minimum ExperienceTwo (2) years relevant working experience or a similar role.
Skills
  • Customer service skills.
  • Knowledge of taxes, Customs and Excise Laws administered by NamRA.
  • Telephone communication skills.
  • Ability to speak clearly and concisely.
  • Strong listening, interpersonal and mediation skills.
