Qualification
- Minimum QualificationsChartered Accountancy
Experience
- Minimum ExperienceTen (10) years relevant experience, of which five (5) years should have been at management level.
Skills
- Financial Expertise – proficiency in financial principles such as budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
- Strategic Planning – ability to align the organisations financial planning with the overall business strategy.
- Risk Management – ability to identify and manage any financial risk which might negatively impact the company’s financial position.
- Negotiation Skills – ability to influence and persuade stakeholders and team members to achieve agreed upon financial and business goals.
- Business Acumen – ability to understand the bigger business landscape outside the scope of finance.
