Qualification
- Minimum QualificationBachelor’s Degree in Law (NQF 7).
Experience
- Minimum ExperienceMinimum five (5) years post-Legal qualification working in a Legal Environment relevant to the key performance areas. Added advantage: • Experience in criminal law, and criminal justice system. • Understanding dynamic commercial transactions and Court experience will be an added advantage. • Candidate must have experience in conducting legal research, issuing of rulings, and drafting and preparing legal opinions, drafts, and interpretation notes. • Proven experience in contract management (including high-tech and/or high-value contracts).
