Qualification
- Minimum Qualification(s)An Honour’s Degree (NQF 8) in Business Management/Administration, Banking, Financial Management, Finance, or closely related field. A Master’s Degree (NQF 9) in Business Management/Administration, Banking, Financial Management or Finance will be an added advantage.
Experience
- Minimum ExperienceA minimum of ten (10) years working/business experience of which at least six (6) years should have been in the financial services industry (e.g., commercial banking) with an emphasis on credit products development and proliferation. A minimum of six (6) years managerial experience (managing a business unit or a major department in a large organisation or managing a smaller company at CEO level).
