Qualification
- Minimum QualificationsA recognized Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management or any of the following Social Sciences Disciplines: Anthropology, Demography, Education, Human Geography, Economics, Politics, Linguistics, Law, Psychology or Sociology (NQF Level 7)
Experience
- Minimum ExperienceA minimum of ten (10) years working experience in TVET/Civil Society/Development Sector of which five (5) years must be at managerial level. Particular working experience in an NGO environment related to community, rural and/or youth development is preferred.
