Qualification
- Minimum QualificationA Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management or Industrial Psychology or a related field (NQF7)
Experience
- Minimum ExperienceFive (5) years’ working experience in an Organizational Development environment of which three (3) years are at a supervisory level.
